Refund policy
Figures may have minor factory imperfections, which are normal and not eligible for return or replacement. Please kindly understand that we don't accept exchanges / returns / refund unless the item is severely damaged by non-human factors. Once buyer ordered, buyer agree to our refund policy.
However, if your item arrives with a serious issue — such as:
- major breakage,
- missing parts,
- receiving the wrong item, or
- severe shipping damage —
please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will review the case and may offer a replacement or refund if approved.
All returned items must be in original condition and packaging.
