1. When will my order ship?
In-stock items: Usually ship within 5–7 business days.
Pre-orders: Will ship as soon as the items arrive at our warehouse.
2. How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $150
3. What is your return policy?
Figures may have minor factory imperfections, which are normal and not eligible for return or replacement.
However, if your item arrives with a serious issue — such as:
  • major breakage,
  • missing parts,
  • receiving the wrong item, or
  • severe shipping damage —
please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We will review the case and may offer a replacement or refund if approved.
All returned items must be in original condition and packaging.
4. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email with your tracking number.

5. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
